Kara and Laura: a conversation, maybe on New Caprica, that doesn't involve destiny, arrows and dying leaders. It can involve Adama men but it's not mandatory.

Kara and Gunny: discovering that both played piramid in hight school and then remembering that they where adversary in the hight school League.

Kara and Ellen: pre-mini, they meet in a bar not knowing that Kara was serving on board Galactica and that Tigh is her XO.
