I remember that from the commentary. Grace Parks was helping with the commentary(wish they'd had the actors do more--RDM was boring) and remarked about how it was totally Katee laughing at Jamie.

It'd be an interesting question to ask Katee: Does she figures out a few mannerisms, such as lower lip bite/roll that Kara does, or if they just come out based on the emotion of the scene?
