I mean she kind of has to since it's her episode, about her personal growth. But it's just a side benefit that Kat could be annoyed. :)

exactly, bonus points for the writers every time Kat is annoyed (or Dee is jealous), like in Torn when Hot Dog is all "without a drop of fuel, she is the best pilot ever!" and Kat grunts.
