I always had the feeling that Kara was so beset by different emotions in this scene that this was more an expression of that duality of joy, relief, and a touch of anger/fear at how close a call Apollo had with his harebrained move.

*sigh* Few actors can convey with a look as much as Katee does.

She's absolutely amazing, Katee is. I remember someone once saying that if you screencapped thirty seconds worth of footage of her face, you'd find something different in each cap - she is that expressive.

This reminds me a of her look in the miniseries when she realizes Lee isn't dead. So much going on there, and she doesn't need a single word to convey it.

It's criminal that she was never nominated for an Emmy, but award shows have questionable and mostly-mainstream taste anyway.
