That's one of the things I really love about Kara. She always has a compelling argument when she shoots your plan down and suggests one of her own. <3

Ditto -- I think that's part of her genius, and something many people (especially her superiors) often miss. That she doesn't just say things like "your plan sucks," she can articulate why and propose a much better plan. ♥ ♥ ♥
