Canon? Fodder!

Who needs canon anyway? What's your favorite non-canonical Kara relationship? And not necessarily a shippy relationship, but who would you have liked to see Kara interact more with that she didn't on the show?

I always kind of thought Kara and the Chief could have a really good mutual understanding of each other/buddy friendship. I think Chief is one of the few people Kara shows respect to at unexpected moments and I would've liked to have seen them interact more on screen. A scene about religion maybe...or imagine if they ran the resistance together? They have a lot of small moments (esp. in season one) that I really like a lot.
