On further thought....she had no particular reason to mourn Billy, really. Laura did, but Kara hardly knew him and I think her guilt over Lee probably pushed thoughts of anyone else out of her head.
Since Billy wasn't killed during Kara's actually gunfight, I doubt it. She probably would have felt bad about the marines that died instead, but I mainly have to go with the idea by Winegums that any other guilt was well buried within hers at shooting Lee.
I don't think so. The thought had never crossed my mind. He was hurt because of Adama's plan to use the "false" Sharon to decieve the terrorists (and because he wanted to play hero when he had no training or skills for that). It was a fatality but she had no reason for feeling particularly guilty. Besides, she didn't have any personal connection with him. I think she tended to feel guilty when her actions (or perceived actions or whatever) hurt those she loved.
