Starbuck Workout

I was scrolling through the internet the other day when I came across this site, which seems to be relatively new. But I got kind of giddy about how she was designing workouts based on sci-fi and fantasy characters... and she only had two up right now. Buffy and Starbuck. So I decided to post her Starbuck Workout here.
Here is the breakdown: 6 exercises, through twice.
Clean and press, squat and press (with sandbag) 8.5 / 7
Squat and leg lifts (with sandbag) alternating sides 17 / 16
Elevated pushups 14 / 16
10 straight punches, 10 hooks, 10 uppercuts 3.5 / 3 rounds
Lunge back and kickups 16 / 17
Bicycle crunches 59 / 64
I like, specifically, that she incorporates things we've seen Kara do into the workout. Like...
