I loved this moment in Daybreak I for Kara and Laura. (Though I think there's a tiny bit of Katee-face bleeding through in that middle shot.) Even after everything, Roslin's staunch belief that Kara is not to be trusted upon her return, this moment of comfort and support iis all the more lovely. (Kara never holds a grudge.)
Starbuck and Roslin are such an interesting confluence and juxtaposition. They have many things in common, but many differences too. Religion plays a large part in both of their lives, but do you think their attitudes about it are different? They're both leaders. Roslin's a diplomat and Kara, well, she'd never get accused of being diplomatic. :) Kara willingly helps her when asked: to retrieve the arrow, to get her to the hybrid so she can find her answers. What do you think Kara thought about Laura? Did she see her as a mother figure?
