I started giggling at this, pretty loudly - I could never bring myself to like Kat much, despite how she ended up leaving. And I like how Maggie never replied when Kara asked what 'Leland' wanted; it lets those of us who are rabid shippers mentally reply with 'to make a booty call' while people with less lurid imaginations can assume otherwise.
