Signups Reminder for Last-Minute Peeps

So sign-ups for the Gen Fanfic Exchange are due to close at Midnight EST tonight (just over 3 hours away) and we thus far only have 8 entries.

Those that have already signed up: do you care if there's only 8 of us participating?

Those who are definitely planning to participate, please get your comments in at the sign-up page.

Those of you still on the fence, what would tip you into participating?

Do you need an extension/longer time to submit the story? Is November 30 too soon, what with NaNo and Yuletide and Porn Battles taking up your time? Or ...do you not like the 1500-words count? Too much? Should we make it a 1000?
