OH interesting. I wonder if, after the mini, they changed the pic in her locker to this one. I feel like you see it again at some point...but can't think of which episode. You can tell too that Kara's hair is AOC length in the AOC pic and Mini length in the Mini pic. Heh.
Seriously, I bet the production designers just used the same pic (I thought it was torn not folded). I don't think there was some nefarious agenda on Dee's part. Or we probably would have heard about it in a podcast commentary or there'd have been a deleted scene or whatever.
I mean you could fanwank it a million ways. Maybe Lee had a copy of the picture too, and he folded Zak/Kara away or tore that half off and gave it to Dee. Who knows.
Oh, I don't think Dee had some agenda either... and when I say "stole" I don't mean it in a physical way but in a metaphorical way... what I do think is that Dee wants Kara's place in the Adamas' heart. She also know very well that that place will never be hers... so I think that scene was meant to address this aspect of Dee relationship with Lee in a "subtle" way...

I just hate (or at least really dislike) Dee for stealing this picture to Kara. I mean, this picture is about Kara and Zak and Lee and the frakked Adama family, Dee has nothing to do with this... just stay away from them Dee, it's too complicated!
ok I'm rambling...
