I want to give a holiday shoutout to our adorable, ass-kicking Katee. There are so many ways she could have played this scene. Katee played it like mini/s1 Kara: we can gaze at our navels later & ponder am I dead, the final 5 are who????, there are crazy civies running round w gunz, Lee's been wearing too many damn clothes this season, oooh Racetrack I jeez lurved faceplanting her when she talked smack 'bout Helo & now she's tryin to take out My Man (well, My Man if frakkin RDM can get his head out of hiz ass) errrr my man. Right now I iz gonna kick sum assssssssss! and then Imma gonna kiss sum pretty!

Bravo Katee!

And may I add to my lil rant that this is one of my fav Kara scenes ever. I don't even mind the bay door making it look as if she's got wings behind her anymore.

I love that scene. I particularly like that after saving Lee's ass, he insists that they leave right away and she follows him. But not before challenging the mutineers. She just needed an excuse to keep on kicking everyone's butts right then. Part of me is frustrated that they had the common sense not to give it to her. They surely deserved it, backstabbing traitors. Kick ass Starbuck FTW!!!!

She never gave them the chance to try to force her to drop her gun or they'd kill Lee. I HATE that in shows when the good guy drops the gun KNOWING that it's only going to get worse once he/she does. Nope! Open your trap like Skulls and you get a souvenir of your own. (me bloodlusty...not at all ;^)
