Not much new although I think this was the first time she's been open to playing Starbuck again at some point.
Thought the last question was kind of funny since we talked about that here once, and Katee's said before that she thought that line was sort of silly. Heh.
Also for those who don't follow her on Twitter or haven't heard, she's in the process of going back to blond hair....maybe for Sexy Evil Genius.

Date: 2011-01-12 08:01 pm (UTC)I've always loved that she just walked off the set with the stuff she wanted. LOL. It's really too bad she and Tricia didn't think to stash the red dress in the cooler with the flight suit.
And, wow, Katee saying she "misses Starbuck"? That's new and exciting!! SSWA, bb. <3

I am someone who went to first auction and bought items from the second, It was fun but it was lining NBC's pockets. Business is business.

Date: 2011-01-12 07:44 pm (UTC)Me too. :-(
What I admired about her was that she always spoke her mind. That was an admirable quality, to tell the truth even when you're scared.
I was just thinking about this when thinking about Kara as my favorite character. One day in a meeting whether about mission statements or some idea that I don't think is going to fly, I just want to say straight out, "I think this plan sucks."
It really is a brave thing to do. But I want to. In those words. Yup. Kara has inspired me.

It may sound super fangirl of me to say, but THAT very thing about Kara has actually changed me as a person - even in just the last few months.
I used to be the girl that just thought those kind of things but never said them for fear of getting in trouble or putting people off. But In the last 2 months I started flat out speaking my mind - even with the tough stuff and it has transformed my relationship with my family, co-workers and friends.
At first it was tough and I got a few "What the hell has gotten into you?" comments. But now for the first time in my life people are actually listening to my opinion and taking me seriously, even if they don't agree with me.

Kara would be so proud. :-) I swear one day I'm actually going to say that. I may get a lot of flak for it but I don't care. Sometimes the plan really does suck.
