I like the montage too. Even though she's so tired and hurting, she's still functioning and capable.
And, quite shallowly, I love the way she looks here. Strong and healthy. Womanly. Look at those arms. Katee/Kara always looked like someone who could be physically capable as canon made her out to be, and I find that so exceedingly rare in Hollywood, where they try to tell us girls who weigh 90 lbs soaking wet are fierce fighting machines. It's just so hard to swallow.
