I really liked instructor!Kara. I think even when she's messed up, like she clearly is in AoC she's a good teacher. She clearly has a lot of knowledge about how to fly and better than that she can articulate it to others.

I liked that they didn't just shove that part of her under the rug after this episode, Kara gets to go back to instructor!mode when she's talking Kat through her landing in Final Cut (which has the unintended effect of making Scar seem even harder to believe, in retrospect).
